Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice, especially for a new patient consultation. A fee may be charged for cancellations without sufficient notice.
Payment Methods/Plans
We accept most insurance carriers and will verify your benefits for you. For those who will not be using insurance, we have affordable payment plans available. Please be sure to ask the doctors about your options during your first visit. We strive to provide quality, affordable care.
